[Review] The Truth About St. Regis Spa Singapore - My Honest Review 2025

Monday, June 30, 2025

Hi lovelies. I'm sweeping the cobwebs off my blog this 2025 with a fresh new entry on my spa experience with the St. Regis Spa Singapore. This is my honest, unsponsored review of the spa, and as a budding spa connoisseur, I go into the nitty bitty details of the going ons in this spa.

Click on the "Continue Reading" to read more!

The Spa is having a Mindful Glow promotion from now until 31 Jul 2025. This includes a 60-min relaxation massage with oils from Sothy, 60-min facial with Charme d'Orient products and a 60-min spa facilities pass.

The canapes selection.

The products on display!

When I first stepped into the Spa located at level 2 of the hotel, I was pleasantly greeted by the concierge at the desk who gave me a consent form to sign and indicate where my focus areas are. I was also given a gift of an aromatherapy roller, tea bags and an affirmation card as part of their wellness day. Then I was led into a cool, air-conditioned locker room. There was a fluffy bathrobe, comfy slippers, disposable undies, a hair net and more.

The view from the interior of the changing room.

When I entered the room, I noticed the facial ingredients had already been prepared beforehand. I was given a oil-infused salt foot wash. The massage was pleasant, with a heavy blanket and a muslin cloth placed over your body. You are given three Sothy's oils to choose from, lemongrass and petit greens for revitalizing, orange blossom for calming and cedarwood for rejuvenating. I chose the lemongrass as I was missing out on the amazing massages I had back in Bali and the smell reminds me of that. The masseuse worked out all the knots in my back and did a pretty good job! She used a lot of kneading and rolling techniques and also an infusion of Swedish massage techniques which were more soothing.

Next came the facial. I loved it because of the copious amounts of hot towels there are (and even one on your feet). You know this girlie is a sucker for hot towels! She did a cleanser, exfoliant, argan oil (for a facial massage), crystals massage, mask and moisturizer. There was a lot of tapping, night kneading and pressure on the acupuncture points on my face, which I greatly enjoyed.

Finally, the Spa pass. 60-minutes of bliss in 2 hot plunge pools (0.4m and 0.9m deep), cedar-wood sauna, marble eucalyptus steam room (my favourite, good for clearing sinuses and headaches),  and two marble heated recliner chairs. The Spa facilities are not big and maybe can only fit 5-8pax.

Relaxed in this reading nook and read the papers for 45min with canapes and green tea. Would make a great reading lounge if you just come for the spa pass and the lounge and canapes.

St. Regis often does Spa promos, like its S$95 massage and lunch combi in the past. Normally, the massages are upwards of S$200++, facials are S$350++ and the spa facilities pass is S$90. Now, this whole bundle worth S$358 before GST! Promo lasts until 31 July so buckle up and spend a relaxing 3 hours at St Regis Spa today.🥰😇💖

Adventure to the Balkans Travelogue Pt. 1: Zagreb, Croatia

Hola at you readers! It's me, Sasha Bear here - and today we're FINALLY going to post about my trip to the Balkans circa Octo...

Quote I Love

“To love. To be loved. To never forget your own insignificance. To never get used to the unspeakable violence and the vulgar disparity of life around you. To seek joy in the saddest places. To pursue beauty to its lair. To never simplify what is complicated or complicate what is simple. To respect strength, never power. Above all, to watch. To try and understand. To never look away. And never, never to forget.”
