2019 Round-up: 33 Things and 2020 Resolutions

A little late to the game for a 2019 throwback but the last quarter of last year has been so hectic that I didn't have time to post! So here's a 2019 recap of what I've been up to last year! Come on in~
2019's 33 Things
- Visited the Versailles Palace interactive exhibition at Ion Orchard with my boo before he flew :'(
- Balling with friends at Get Juiced with endless Moet
- Discovered a super wallet-friendly Korean BBQ grill AND hotpot at Sun Plaza
- Celebrated Chinese New Year with everyone and Uncle's signature Peng Cai
- Met up with M and had pina coladas at Tanjong Beach Club
- Discovered a quiet rooftop bar where I did spots of reading
- Started my cooking journey by starting with sauteeing bacon for breakfast
- Celebrated my 28th at Chimi's by the Marina Bay skyline
- Had Korean BBQ while exploring the north
- Dad's 57th birthday with roast duck for all!
- Discovered a quaint cafe near Khatib MRT with its very own library
- Finally saw a film I've been meaning to see for a while!
- Had Thai boat noodles at ORTO Park with mango sticky rice after not having Thai food for ages!
- Work trip to Hong Kong
- Had one of the most upscale Shanghainese-Cantonese cuisines at Lao Shanghai resto at Wan Chai
- Celebrated Uncle's birthday at Haidilao, the first time during the year
- Went to JEWEL for the first time; almost shed a tear looking at the fountain
- Raved at Havana Brown's set at Marquee with an informal backstage console pass!
- Visited Yang Club's opening
- Visited Spago for the first time with S and had amazing cocktails.
- More more more Chinese food, this time for BL's birthday - at Crystal Jade in a hidden corner of Toa Payoh.
- Bell & Ross watches' opening event; they have such unique timepieces!
- Addicted to Pasar Bella's crab in a bucket, the first time there of the three times or more in 2019.
- Baking time with mom, making bacon croissants for the fam.
- N and J's wedding at St. Regis. What a lovely time and splendid venue :')
- First time at the Projector for a rooftop indie parties called Kampong Boogie
- Finally, one of the highlights of the year: my trip to the Balkans in October (stay tuned for more travelogue updates!)
- Halloween, where I dressed up as a Slytherin Japanese schoolgirl
- Went to Zouk's pole-dancing showcase. Whew, that whole place was on fire!! (Not literally lol)
- Travelled to JB for the first time in years. Went to a Chinese restaurant and had Dang Gui Chicken (it's like an upscale herbal chicken) that I still remember 'til this day.
- First Omakase of the year at Chikuyotei, hidden in a spot near Bugis (if I remember right)
- Took photos of the Christmas lights at Gardens by the Bay with Singapore Fluffy Gal (hehe hi V! If you're reading this) and then went to J's piano recital. Finally ended up at Zouk and then had sour plum shots with gang gang.
- Lastly, epic Xmas and New Year's party with all of the new and old friends of 2019~
Wishes for 2020 would definitely be: For the coronavirus to end so that everyone can resume their normal lives, and to see that special someone again <3
